The Center for Somatic Leadership and Communications creates experiential learning programs and workshops for organizations to build authenticity and belonging in your community. Our unique approach combines somatic intelligence and improvisational play so people rapidly connect and feel present with ease, which serves as the basis for communications building and creative enquiry for the group.

Within this “playground,” the Center explores themes or topics important to your community. In general, programs can be designed to strengthen human development and well-being in the following competencies:

Each experience is custom-designed to align with the unique needs and themes of your community, strengthening interpersonal dynamics and fostering growth. Participants experience gifts such as Safety and Presence to have their full experience beyond the boundaries of right and wrong. Interactive and engaging, participants experience a rare blend of connection, intimacy, and lightness. Within this context, we work with larger issues affecting the group. No prior experience is required. All bodies are welcome.

How to Introduce the Benefits of Somatic Play for your Organization:

Schedule an initial consultation to bring the innovation of Somatic Play experiences to your community or organization. Together, we will craft the right jumping off point and journey for your people. Each engagement is tailored to the themes important to your community to strengthen desired insights. You can choose three different levels of engagement:

Discovery

Introduce the benefits of Somatic Play through a 60-90 minute interactive workshop and talk.

Sustaining Benefits

Reap long-term embodied benefits through repeated engagement through a 4-6 week course or a regular playgroup.

One-on-One Support

For individuals who have participated in any prior event, this level offers targeted assistance for support with work-life challenges in a six-session package.
